Parul (Instructor) teaches online Kids Yoga too & in-person. How is the online course different?
This digital course has some overlap with the live workshop, but the focus is different. The objective of the digital course is on building a home practice. While in-person training is fantastic, This course gives you the opportunity to learn at your own pace. It really depends on how you learn best.

Do I need to purchase any additional materials?
We recommend 1 Yoga mat, 1 small towel, a bottle of water while practicing yoga.
