It's a relaxation technique that involves visualizing positive, peaceful settings like a beautiful beach or a peaceful meadow using breath, imagination, affirmations & mantras to help calm the mind while the body is in a relaxed state. This technique is also known as visualization or guided meditation.
Guided imagery is directed, either by a written, video, or audio script.
