This Yoga Alliance Accredited 95-Hour Special Needs Kids & Young Adults Yoga Teacher Training combines evidence-informed theory with practical application, helping you understand the child beyond the diagnosis and equipping you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to meet each child where they are.
The training covers adaptive yoga, breathing practices, mindfulness, relaxation, sensory-based approaches, behaviour support, class planning, observation skills, and inclusive teaching strategies for both individual and group settings.

Refund Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 2 weeks in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund or Deferment: Cancellations made 1 week prior are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to defer to a future training session.
Deferment Policy: Training deferment is allowed only once and requires at least 2 weeks' notice. Further extensions are not permitted.

Do I Need Prior Yoga Experience?
No. Prior yoga experience is not required. This training is designed for beginners as well as open to all backgrounds. You will be guided step-by-step through the foundations of Yoga, Special Needs Yoga, mindfulness, movement, breathing practices, adaptive teaching strategies, and inclusive class planning. Many of our students come from education, therapy, caregiving, wellness, and parenting backgrounds with little or no previous yoga teaching experience.

Yes , it is suitable for parents. Many parents join to better understand their child's sensory, emotional, behavioural, and regulation needs.
