  • How long does it take to complete the course?

    This is a self-paced course that kids can do at their own pace. Kids can move slowly too, giving time to integrate the learning into their body & Mind. The great thing about this course, you can repeat it as and when & as many times you want.

  • When does my course access expire?

    It doesn't. We want you to feel flexible & spacious with time, so your enrollment in the 7 Day Structured Kids Yoga course is lifetime access to the course materials.

  • My Kids have never done Yoga and I don't know much about Yoga & Breathing pranayama; can they still do this course ?

    Yes! Absolutely this course is suitable for anyone who has never practiced yoga before or practices regularly. It's a structured routine of Breathing, Yoga Postures, Pranayama & Relaxing to introduce kids to the wonderful world of Yoga. It's a Fun, Engaging & Informative format that kids will enjoy and will help them get Yoga in their daily routine to reap the benefits of Yoga as they grow.

  • Parul (Instructor) teaches online Kids Yoga too & in-person. How is the online course different?

    This digital course has some overlap with the live workshop, but the focus is different. The objective of the digital course is on building a home practice. While in-person training is fantastic, This course gives you the opportunity to learn at your own pace. It really depends on how you learn best.

  • Do I need to purchase any additional materials?

    We recommend 1 Yoga mat, 1 small towel, a bottle of water while practicing yoga.

  • Can Kids operate this course on their own ?

    This course is designed to be as easy to navigate as possible. We are always here to help with technical questions via email. ([email protected])You can ask content questions within the learning platform.
